Payments and Your Project
For all project services purchased on our website, payment is due in full at the beginning of the project. Work on your project will start immediately when your payment clears in our account.
If you have a custom project that we have quoted you directly, the billing terms will be available on the invoice.
Accepted Payment Methods
Intuit PaymentNetwork is our preferred method of payment. It takes just minutes to set-up an account, there are absolutely no fees for clients, and it transfers the payment directly from your bank account to ours. All payments and information is secured through Intuit PaymentNetwork. If you pay via Intuit PaymentNetwork, you may be eligable for a 10% discount on your project.
We accept Google Checkout as a method of payment. Payments via Google Checkout should be made from the cart page by clicking on the Google Checkout button located toward the bottom of the right side of the page.
We accept Paypal as a method of payment. To checkout using Paypal, proceed from the cart page to the checkout page and select Paypal as the payment method.
We accept checks as a method of payment. To checkout using a check as a payment method, proceed from the cart page to the checkout page and select Check by Mail as the payment method. We do not recommend checks as a Payment Method as it increases the time it takes to start your project significantly.
All projects that have not been started are eligable for a full refund. Projects that have been started but have not yet been coded are eligable for a 50% refund. Projects that have been started and coded are not eligable for any refund. Any completed project is not eligable for a refund.
Payment Methods Not Accepted
Unfortunately we do not accept cash as a payment method under most circumstances.
We do not accept Credit/Debit Cards directly on our website via a merchant account. if you would like to pay using a credit card we invite you to use either Google Checkout or Paypal.
